This Cookies Policy forms part of the Legal Texts and Privacy Policy available at the website http://www.bipicar.com, which governs the terms and conditions regarding the use of BIPI’s platform (hereinafter the “Platform”) owned by Bipi MOBILITY UK LIMITED (hereinafter “BMUK”), registered number 13983581, registered address at C/O 9-10 Staple Inn, London, United Kingdom, WC1V 7QH and email address for privacy purposes gdpr@bipicar.com.

The Access and navigation in the Platform or the use of its services involves the acceptance of the terms and conditions of these legal texts and the Privacy Policy.

In order to ease navigation through the Platform, BMUK informs that it uses cookies and other similar functionality files (hereinafter, “Cookies”).

In any case we inform you that BMUK shall be responsible for the Cookies and treatment of data obtained from them deciding on the purpose, content and use of treatment of the information collected.
